· Cocktail tables $8.00                      ( 30’ tall or 42’ tall, 12 available)
· BBQ To a catered event $100       ( 5ft by 2ft stainless steel)
  To a non catered event $175
· BBQ cleaning(extra) $45.00
· 8x12 white pop up tent $80.00      (EACH)

(PLEASE NOTE: Your catering company is responsible for cleaning the BBQ after it’s used. If
they do not, $45.00 will be charged or deducted from your damage deposit.)

Just a few reminders:

· Please sign and mail back your contract to the UBC Boathouse. If you would like a copy for your file, please make yourself a copy before sending it back.
· Any additional rentals added will reflect in the balance that is due 30 days before your rental.
· It is the renter’s responsibility to set up and take down for their function, leaving the event hall space as it was found. This needs to take place within the designated time that has been previously stated and paid for in the contract. This includes all product and equipment that is brought in by the renter and caterer. It must be removed fully by the end of the rental.
