RENTAL RATES FOR 2008/2009  

Event rental rates:

 8 hour rental

• Monday-Thursday                                                   $1200
• Fri/Sun                                                                        $2100
• Saturday                                                                     $2500

 5 hour rental

• Monday-Thursday                                                       $ 800
• Fri/Sun                                                                           $1400
• Saturday                                                                        $1700

Extra hours for an eight hour booking will be billed at $100

Event Rental Rates are based on a standard 5-hour or 8-hour time blocks. 8-hour blocks start at 7am or 4pm; 5-hour blocks start at 10am or 4pm. At times, some modification of starting times is possible. In all cases, excess charges will apply, as stated in the contract, if the premises are not vacated on time.  

Extra hours for a five hour booking Mon-Thurs will be billed at:

                                                                                                          1st hour = $150

                                                                                                          2nd hour = $225

                                                                                                          3rd hour = $300

Extra hours for a five hour booking Fri/Sun will be billed at:                                                                                                                    1st hour = $200

                                                                                                          2nd hour = $300

                                                                                                          3rd hour = $375

Extra hours for a five hour booking Saturday will be billed at:     1st hour = $200

                                                                                                          2nd hour = $300

                                                                                                          3rd hour = $375

Business meeting rental rates:

Minimum Rental charge of 2 hours

Defined as use of the facility where no equipment other than audio/visual and tables and chairs is used, and where the only food served is coffee/tea and pastries. An extra charge of $160 will apply for any food other than coffee/tea and pastries.
The Boathouse is not available for Business Meeting rentals on statutory holidays.

Hours outside of these parameters will be billed at Event rental rates.

Rehearsal hours for a wedding will be available:

Mon-Thurs     8am-12noon @ $100 for a maximum of 2 hours

Mon-Thurs    12noon-5pm @ $100 for each hour (maximum of 2 hrs)

 (A rehearsal time may only be booked up to two weeks in advance of your wedding date, subject to availability.)
