Once a booking has been made for you, a contract will be sent to you via email. Please ensure that you contact us within 24 hours to make your non-refundable deposit payment. Your booking is not secure until your payment has been made and your contract has been signed and returned.

Please remember that your start and end time will need to include your set up and take down time. Events typically need a minimum of 2 hours of set up and 1 hour of take down. Meetings typically need 1 hour of set up and 30 minutes to 1 hour of take down
