The following list of items are available for an extra rental charge should you wish to use them for your event.

Please note that you must pre-reserve extra rental items 30 days prior to your event. Booking earlier than 30 days prior to your event is not necessary as most events cannot finalize product count until their RSVP's have come in. You can finalize your rental product count at your viewing appointment or over the phone when you make your final payment.

Please note that rental product not pre-booked is not guaranteed to be on site for your event. Please be sure to plan ahead. Any rental product pre-booked but not used, will be refunded to you after your event along with your damage deposit should that apply. Should you require extra rental product on the day of and it is available in the facility, you are welcome to add that to your rental and it will be deducted from your damage deposit.

Please note that only the person you have listed as your main event contact person can authorize the rental of extra product on the day of your event.

                   

PLEASE NOTE: The BBQ is available for use by preferred caterers only. The cost of the BBQ includes the BBQ clean, however, your caterers are responsible for removing all food product and bringing their own propane tanks. BBQ requires 2 tanks to operate both sides.
