Festival Information
Parking:
Street parking is available along River Road. Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers has generously offered their parking lot located at 6500 River Road. If you wish to use their lot, please use the paved lot located at the back of their building. Please DO NOT park in lots of other businesses not listed here as they have not agreed to open their lots - you may be ticketed or towed.
Rosters and Team Information:
All rosters and team information was due on July 9, 2009. If you have yet to hand this in, please do so!
Any changes to rosters can be submitted to the Race Registrar at the UBC Boathouse prior to the festival or on festival day no later than 7:45am. Please see Site Map for Registrar's location.
Race Grid and Steers/Manager Meeting details:

Please note that there will be a mandatory Steersperson and Managers Meeting at 8am sharp in the event hall (also know as the BBQ area for the festival - see Site Map for location. Marshaling will begin at 8:30am.
Awards Ceremony will take place following the last race of the day. Tickets for door prizes will be given out to all those who buy a burger. Door prizes include Delta Hotel packages and Helijet packages!

After Party!
Teams are invited to join the Richmond Home Teams in the BBQ area throughout the day, but particularly after the racing is finished for a casual after party! There is no admission fee - bring your team spirit and come hang out! The Delta Vancouver Airport Hotel will be hosting the BBQ event.
