Rosters and Team Information:
All rosters and team information is due by July 7, 2010.
Any changes to rosters can be submitted to the Race Registrar at the UBC Boathouse prior to the festival or on festival day no later than 8:45am. Please see SITE MAP for Registrar's location.
Steers/Manager Meeting details:
Please note that there will be a mandatory Steersperson and Managers Meeting at 9:15AM sharp in the event hall (also know as the BBQ area for the festival - see SITE MAP for location. Marshaling will begin at 9:40am.
Awards Ceremony will take place following the last race of the day. Tickets for door prizes will be given out to all those who buy a burger.
Parking:
Street parking is available along River Road. Please DO NOT park in lots of other businesses not listed here as they have not agreed to open their lots - you may be ticketed or towed.

After Party!
Teams are invited to join the Richmond Home Teams in the BBQ area throughout the day, but particularly after the racing is finished for a casual after party! There is no admission fee - bring your team spirit and come hang out!
